All New Flight products have been rigorously tested and are full FAA approved. The New Flight management, complemented by John Haworth, who held a wide range of positions during his 28 years in the aviation industry, is comprised of highly-trained engineering professionals and aviation veterans. This outstanding team possesses years of experience and also includes an in-house staff of Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs) in all the critical disciplines of aircraft design and manufacturing.
Straight Flight Conversions (SFC)
has been created as a dedicated company to fully concentrate on the Fokker50 Forward Large Cargo Door program as well as its re-designed new E-Class cargo interior project that has the capability for bulk, palletized, and containerized freight. more >>
SFC has made great progress in parallel design of parts, with Silver AeroSpace—the Dutch engineering group—finalizing the engineering work to upgrade the STC to today’s electronic files. Its expertise and innovative thinking have lead the company to receive its own FAA/PMA parts manufacturing approval and FAA repair station status.
SFC is a full subsidiairy of Straight Flight, a highly recognized FAA Certified Aircraft Repair Station, which concentrates on aircraft repair services, maintenance, inspections, parts inventory, and modification projects. It also holds FAA approved PMA parts authorization, coupled to in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the design of a series of Supplemental Type certificates (STCs), including the F27 forward large cargo door.
